I am a psychologist and a therapist, and I help people overcome a wide variety of emotional and stress-related physical issues, without years of therapy.

This innovative therapy helped me to permanently heal my own chronic migraine, that I had been struggling with for almost three decades. Now, I use it to guide others to find their freedom, from migraine, pain and various emotional issues, and to live their life the way they design.
Along with RTT, I use a variety of tools and strategies from my decades of experience in psychology and healing, including new, scientifically proven tools from client-centered counseling, positive psychology and neuro-science, to assure healing on a conscious level, empowering you to live the life you deserve to have.

Migraine relief
Migraine is the most common neurological disorder, that one billion people on Earth suffer from. I was one of them, maybe you are too. If you have migraine, you don’t struggle only with horrific pain, nausea, aura, or cognitive numbness, but also with anxiety, depression, insomnia, and the strain that migraine puts on your relationships or career. There is a huge mental health component to migraine, and this is where I can help. I used to be a chronic migraine sufferer, and I healed with the help of RTT, when nothing else worked. Thus, I am incredibly passionate in helping others to find a relief from this “invisible” illness. RTT can help in many ways. Hypnotherapy is known to be safe and non-invasive pain management strategy. Also, unresolved emotional pain, trauma and adverse childhood experiences are proven to be linked to migraine. When you resolve emotional issues, you will stop feeling helpless, you will be empowered, boost your self esteem and coping skills, calm down your nervous system, and as a result, there will be less for the migraine to trigger. Anxiety
Anxiety disorders affect about 18-20% of the world population, and maybe you are affected too. Anxiety is defined as a feeling of dread and apprehension, when there is no realistic threat. Anxiety disorders include social anxiety, panic, phobias, PTSD or generalized anxiety disorder. The symptoms may include feeling edgy and persistently worried, racing or ruminating thoughts, experiencing sudden panic or anxiety attacks without an apparent trigger, difficulty concentrating, working, maintaining relationships or leaving the house, and so on. They can keep you from living your life with any kind of normalcy. If you are struggling with anxiety, know that you do not have to just manage it – you can eliminate it. You can train your mind to think and respond differently to the situations which provoke anxiety. RTT can help you relax your mind and body, boost your immune response, address the underlying causes of the anxiety, and help you reframe subconscious thoughts. Self esteem
Do you doubt yourself in your daily life? Does it feel impossible to make decisions and move forward? Do you struggle with negative self-talk? Does it feel unbearable to deal with the criticism? If any of these are familiar to you, know that you are not alone.. Self-esteem is a belief in your own worth, your overall sense of what you think, feel and believe about yourself. Low self-esteem can have many faces: an inner voice telling you that you are not good enough, or that you don’t deserve success, love, or health, making you feel unlovable, awkward and worthless. It can also manifest as unhealthy habits or compulsive behaviors, such as addictions, eating disorders or neglecting self-care, or lead to a serious mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression. The good news is that you can easily boost your self-esteem. If you feel trapped in thoughts and behaviors that make you feel unhappy and unworthy, I can help you. Together, we will uncover those negative self-beliefs, challenge them and let them go, so that you feel free and empowered to be the best you.
